Influence of Latex and Vinyl Disposable Gloves as Recycled Fibers in 3D Printing Sustainable Mortars

The disposal of personal protective equipment (PPE) is a main concern researchers. In recent years, the COVID-19 pandemic made this issue worse, so production and use large quantities disposable gloves in years lack suitable solution for these recycled materials are some consequences pandemic. To address issue, present study performed comprehensive experimental program to determine possibility using latex vinyl as fibers within extrusion-based 3D printing concrete. Moreover, graphene oxide (GO) nanomaterial was also used compensate undesired properties mixtures. Flow table, buildability, mechanical tests were study. Results show that synergic effect GO significantly improved characteristics mortar. Although very promising results obtained study, findings high content reduces concrete compressive strength. However, addition compensates reduction.
